Instructions to Enable JavaScript

AOL 3.0

1. On the Preferences menu, select Security
2. Check the Enable Java Programs box
3. Confirm with the OK button
4. Use the Back button (once back), and then click Reload

AOL 4.0 and 5.0

1. Go to the My AOL menu, select Preferences
2. Choose WWW and click the Security tab
3. Select Custom and then choose Settings
4. Scroll down to locate Scripting
5. Click Enable for Active Scripting
6. Confirm with the OK button, then click Reload

Firefox

1. On the Options menu, select Preferences
2. Go to the Advanced tab
3. Check the "Disable or replace context menu" as well as any other JavaScript features you want to turn on
4. Confirm with the OK button

Internet Explorer 5 or higher:

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options
2. Go to the Security tab
3. Select the Custom Level button
4. Scroll to the Scripting section
5. Under Active Scripting and Java Applets, check Enable
6. Confirm with the OK button

Internet Explorer 4.x:

1. On the View menu, select Internet Options
2. Go to the Security tab
3. Select the Settings button
4. Scroll to the Scripting section
5. Under Active Scripting and Java Applets, check Enable
6. Confirm with the OK button

Mozilla 1.X

1. On the Edit menu, select Preferences
2. Click the arrow next to Advanced
3. Choose Scripts & Plugins
4. Check Navigator beneath "Enable JavaScript for"
5. Confirm with the OK button
6. Click Reload

Netscape 4.x or higher:

1. On the Edit menu, select Preferences
2. Go to the Advanced tab
3. Check Enable JavaScript
4. Confirm with the OK button

Safari for Mac OS-X :

1. On the Safari menu, select Preferences
2. Choose Security
3. Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript
4. Close the window
5. Click Reload
