Directions to FFH
Directions:
Fitness for Health is located at 11140 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852, on the SW corner of Edson Lane and Rockville Pike, in “The Beco Building”. Parking (validated for FFH clients) is accessible from the small traffic circle on Edson Lane.
Our main therapeutic gym is located on first floor – enter from the exterior of the building near the front circle, circled in red. (From the parking area, go through the lobby, past the elevators, outside again, and turn right.)
Our administrative offices and smaller therapy rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the same building. Turn right when you get off the elevator.
